NGINX Server Issues

Some users may experience issues with loading large quantities of products. This can be a result of the reverse proxy if using an “NGINX” server. You can find more details about this here.

Barcodes Not Showing

If the barcodes of the products you are entering are not appearing on the page and you have the SKU’s set, then it may be that the server does not allow access to the font files as shown in this screenshot here. Some users have reported that their .htaccess was blocking PHP scripts.

Plugin Not Activating

Some users have reported activation errors after updating to our most recent versions of the plugin. They have found that after updating their PHP from 5.6 or 5.x to 7.x, the issue went.
